For almost thirty years, Arbor Education and Training – a ResCare company – has provided life-changing programs that help prepare eligible young people ages 14 - 21 to obtain meaningful, gainful employment leading to a self-sufficient lifestyle.

Proprietary Curricula

Working in cooperation with community partners, we provide academic and vocational development opportunities for the following populations:
- Court-involved youth
- Disabled youth
- High school drop-outs
- Non-English-speaking youth
- Pregnant and parenting teens
- Youth in need of an adult mentor
- Youth deficient in basic literacy skills
- Youth desiring certification/credentialing
- Youth in, and aging-out of, foster care
- Youth lacking work experience
- Youth seeking leadership development
Arbor offers a variety of community-based, customized solutions designed to meet the needs of local industry and the vision of the local workforce board. With the foundation provided by our methods and materials, and our innovative youth services models, we are committed to reaching many more “at-promise” youth, offering each one access to success.
