Arbor Welcomes New Texas Regional Vice President
(Austin, Texas) – Arbor E&T, LLC is pleased to announce that Don Ballard has accepted the position of Regional Vice President for the Texas / Oklahoma Region. Beginning in mid-November, he will work with the Texas / Oklahoma
Regional team to further strengthen Arbor’s service delivery and the relationships we have developed with our local workforce development boards.
A member of the Austin Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, Mr. Ballard brings to Arbor a wealth of workforce development experience, including his service as General Counsel to the Texas Workforce Commission.
Mr. Ballard formerly served as an advisor to the Texas Commission on Human Rights, a policy attorney to the Public Utility Commission and as deputy chief of the Texas Attorney General’s Office open records division. In 2007, Mr. Ballard received the Magna Stella Award for Outstanding Government or Non-Profit Counsel.
