Anyone familiar with the human services field knows how difficult, yet vital, it is to measure the quality of services delivered. Arbor has developed a Best In Class© instrument to track our success in delivering and improving workforce development services. This instrument is much more comprehensive than conventional monitoring tools, and focuses not only on conformity to requirements, but also on the processes that are employed to obtain results. Best In Class© is fundamental to providing our management team and our customers with confidence that our performance not only meets requirements and expectations in the short run, but also that such performance is sustainable.

All Arbor programs conduct Best In Class© reviews. The results of these reviews form the basis for deploying practical and powerful improvement projects aimed at helping us continually improve our performance.  In addition to project personnel undertaking periodic self-assessments, professionals from our headquarters’ QA staff conduct reviews of selected projects throughout the year.
