Quality Management at Arbor
Arbor Education & Training is committed to providing our customers with services and products that meet their requirements and satisfy their needs and expectations. We have pioneered the application of industry-based quality standards to human service programs. Arbor has been certified to be in compliance with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System requirements. ISO certification means that Arbor demonstrated to an independent outside auditor that processes are in place to ensure that the delivery of services will satisfy customer requirements and expectations. It represents not only Arbor’s commitment to quality, but to processes to back up that commitment.
Our Quality Group has full-time professionals dedicated to ensuring the excellence of the workforce development services we deliver to our customers. At all of Arbor’s operations, our Quality Group:
- Offers advice and support to on-site program directors
- Develops and maintains quality management system documentation
- Performs periodic quality assurance audits of all programs
- Gathers and analyzes performance data weekly
- Ensures frequent management review of quality performance
- Oversees preventive and corrective action processes when necessary
- Promotes company-wide compliance with ISO 9001 standards
In addition to its internal mission, Arbor’s Quality Group also offers consulting services to other public and private organizations that want to improve the quality of their own products and services. Clients have included the U.S Department of Labor, the National Association of Workforce Boards, Motorola, and Verizon.
